Beginner Lessons
Waverley Bridge Club offers learning opportunities for players to improve their skills and gain confidence in playing duplicate bridge. After completing the beginners’ course, players move on to Supervised Lessons to practice and enhance their bidding and play techniques. Followed by Supervised Duplicate, which introduces the game’s mechanics and etiquette. Improvers lessons and free clinics are also available to extend your knowledge and keep up with changes in the game.
Beginners Lessons August 2024
Are you ready to learn the exciting game of bridge? Our new beginner’s lessons are designed just for you! Starting in August, we are offering two convenient session times to fit everyone’s schedule:
- Tuesday Mornings: 10:00 AM starting on August 6th
- Thursday Evenings: 7:30 PM starting on August 8th
- Saturday Mornings: 10:00Am Starting on 10th August
Our classes run for 6 weeks and are taught by accredited ABF teachers. You’ll receive a comprehensive learning experience that includes:
- A folder with all learning materials
- 2 complimentary vouchers valued at $30 to use at the club for supervised sessions
- A certificate of completion of the Beginner’s Bridge course
